Our NEER online store features only items that are in stock and ready to order.
You can browse our collection anytime at www.neerlondon.com.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in GBP for UK customers. We currently offer a standard shipping option, but if you need your order sooner, please reach out to us at neer@neerlondon.com to explore faster shipping options.
Orders can only be confirmed if we can verify both your billing and shipping addresses.
3. Payment
We accept payments through credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Shopping with us is secure and straightforward.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation on our site and a follow-up email with all the details.

5. Changes to Your Order

6. Dispatch
Express shipping is available Monday to Friday and typically arrives in 1-2 days, depending on distance. Standard delivery takes around 5-7 days within the UK. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen events like weather.
We will notify you right away if any delays occur or if there’s an issue with your shipment. You will always have the option to cancel for a full refund if your order can’t be dispatched on time.
7. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you’ve chosen to skip the signature requirement, please check your parcel on arrival, and let both us and the carrier know if there’s any damage.
8. Returns
Changed your mind? You’re welcome to return any unused items in their original packaging (with tags attached) within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Please email us at neer@neerlondon.com and we will guide you through the return process. We would love to know what we could do better, so feel free to share your thoughts with us!
9. Guarantee
If there’s an issue with your purchase, please send us a photo and your order number at neer@neerlondon.com. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
10. Leather & Fabric Variations
We aim to represent colours accurately, but please keep in mind that they may vary slightly based on your screen. We use quality Scandinavian hides, which means your item may have some natural markings—this is all part of its unique and natural character! Don’t forget to check out our leather care instructions to keep it looking its best.
